This week's Nashville Scene has an excellent editorial on Metro's reponse to residents who have demanded that they be provided additional 96-gallon garbage bins.

this boggles my mind as it takes me over 3 weeks to even come close to filling that bear of a trash can. knowing that you have an equally large tank to recycle in one shouldn't have a problem with trash for one week. this is more an issue of laziness than anything.
