VP Shoots Friend While Quail Hunting: Where Do We Go From Here?
Now I hope that Vice President Cheney runs for president in 2008. I'm curious to see whether any of his opponents will play the "shot-a-dude-in-the-face" card.
In the meantime, the VP needs to limit his bird-hunting activities to the following:
Fortunately, Cheney's hunting buddy Harry Whittington is doing well. Of course, the forgotten victims in all of this are the quail.

There are two ways of looking at it. (1) It's too dangerous to trust a weapon in the hands of someone with no prior military experience,
Or,
(2) 4 years ago he vowed to hunt down Osama dead or alive. Since then Saddam was jailed, Martha Stewart was jailed and a 78-year old millionaire was shot.
Conclusion: 3 our of 4 ain't bad is it?
