Slice That Doo, Huckachoo!

Yesterday evening my wife, Ashlee, dreamt that she gave birth to our second child, Kathryn "Kate" Resha Tinley (currently a fetus), by Caesarean section. In the dream I was present in the operating room cheering on the doctors with the chant, "Slice that doo, huckachoo!"

I don't know what Ashlee's dream means; nor do I know what is meant by "doo" or "huckachoo." I do know that, were a C-section being performed, I would not be in the room.
